Cruz Foam

Cruz Foam

Cruz Foam aims to eliminate single-use plastics by developing sustainable materials compatible with existing supply chains.

Founded by a group of surfers in 2017, Cruz Foam technology transforms natural materials into high-performance, compostable foam using a proprietary process.

The foam is made from 70% upcycled food waste and incorporates only BPI and TUV certified ingredients. The production process involves granulating and extruding to tailor the foam's properties for specific packaging needs.

Cruz Foam is designed to be compostable, having passed ASTM D6400 and ASSTM D5338 tests, and is FDA-compliant for food contact safety.

It is compatible with existing manufacturing equipment, facilitating a seamless transition to sustainable foam solutions.
